This research presents the whole-genome sequence of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus strain YGRT11, which was isolated from the Korean Yogurt. The genome of the strain is composed of a single chromosome with a plasmid, 2,993,353 bp, and the GC content is 46.7%.
