This study presents the complete genome sequence of Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus YGRT94, which was obtained from dairy products in Korea. The genome of the strain is composed of a single chromosome with 2 plasmids, total size of 3,020,664bp, and the GC content is 46.81%
